Cancellation by Customer (Faulty Product) All product descriptions, information and measurement posted on the website are provided to help customer choose their perfect fits. Product image, as seen on the Site, may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive due to photoshoot lighting, editing & screen resolution. If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our salesperson team and provide your order ID, photo of the false and reason for return. We will reply to your email and ask whether you require a refund or a replacement. Upon receiving the product, we will examine it, and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as possible.
